"Art has the potential to change the entire cultural fabric of a society and history has been a witness to this. In the current era, Public Art is the answer to every question about spreading awareness, unity consciousness, freedom of expression, social equality and raising the GCP (Gross Cultural Product) of a nation. Public art is a common ground for people from various walks of life to bring forth their perceptions and skills about culture and communication.
~Our society changes, one wall at a time~.

"The contribution of the arts to our lives goes well beyond cash registers and tax revenues. We know from example from all over the world that public art produces many intrinsic benefits by creating consciousness about issues in a society that would otherwise have a hard time dealing with in any other form. Public art helps define an entire community's identity and often become the unique character of a specific neighbourhood or even the city. Given its scale, exuberance, colourful schemes and strategic locations, we are hoping that the newly created Art installations will make Patna a more charmed and enlightened place to live and invest in and arm Bihar with a sense of soft power it needs."
